To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenside Ventures LLC, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or financial standing, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or your reliance on any simulation data provided by the platform.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
